All deliveries from JULY 3, 2025 through JULY 6, 2025 will incur an additional 20 dollar holiday fee.  





WE MAKE IT EASY FOR EVERY CLIENT

At husker bounce we try our best provide 1st in class service, from ease of online browsing and renting to the delivery and pickup of the bouncer. Transparency is extremely important to the customer experience as well, so we make every effort to inform you of any changes to your rental.  We understand its not possible to please everyone, but we still try.  Every customer is as important as the next, so please be mindful that we generally have several other rentals to deliver.  Delaying the delivery process by not being ready for our arrival or calling multiple times, delays the entire deliveries that day.  For the best customer experience and a smooth process, its best to book your inflatable from our website.  Be sure to select at least a couple hours before the actual start time of the event and if thats not possible list it in the notes.   If you have any follow up questions, the quickest way to reach someone from our team is to send a text to 402-429-0314,  Otherwise feel free to call and leave a message and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days.  


RENTAL DEPOSIT – We require a deposit of 10% at the time of booking for every unit wet or dry. Just reserve it on a credit card and thats it. The card wont be charged until the week before the date you select for the reservation.



BAD WEATHER & WINDY DAYS -

Since weather is often unpredictable we are a little more easy-going if you cancel because of inclement weather. You can cancel your reservation due to inclement weather up to 7am on the day of the event. We will call you in the morning to discuss the weather. We will not deliver your bounce house unless we hear from you. If you cancel due to inclement weather you will receive a rain check for your event. The rain check is good for one year.

As a safety precaution, if it is actively raining or storming we reserve the right to cancel your order. If the forecast is uncertain and it may, or may not, rain then we will contact you to discuss your options. Please understand that if there is rain in the forecast and you still want the bounce house, we will only set up on concrete/asphalt (no grass, dirt, bark, rocks, etc). If the bounce house is wet at the time of pick-up, a $50.00 cleaning fee will be added to your reservation to cover the additional time to clean and dry out the bounce house. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the bounce house is muddy or excessively dirty. Once we arrive on-site we are unable to provide a refund, raincheck or credit.


RENTAL PROCESS - Our easy to use site and straight forward pricing will guide your through the whole process of renting your next bouncy house from Husker Bounce. We accept all major credit and debit cards. It is recommended that the whole amount be paid at booking however if it is not, then it will need to be paid in full at the time of delivery.

STEP 1) Browse our wide selection of bouncer, slides and obstacle courses. Make selection

STEP 2) Select the Husker N-Flatable of your choice and choose the your dates.

STEP 3) Select the pricing you desire ( some are wet/dry or dry only)

STEP 4) Pay online via our securely encrypted payment portal

STEP 5) After payment has been made (or deposit) you will be emailed a waiver form, which needs to be filled out and returned prior to the event. Please read it thoroughly. If you do not sign the waiver, we reserve the right to deliver any husker bouncer and you will be refunded your payment. Its imperative it gets signed and returned right away so there isn't a delay in the delivery.

STEP 6) All bouncers are rented DAILY (6 hours) or Overnight (picked up by noon the next day) Please choose the correct time slot. If you need to extend it after paying you will have to pay for another time slot.

NOTE: Due to high demand of our bouncers, we may bring your bouncer earlier then your scheduled time and may pick up later then the scheduled stop time. This just means you get the bouncer free for that extended amount of time. You will not be charged for early or late drop off. This is due to where you fall in the delivery schedule lineup. If there is a specific time that is has to be dropped off or cannot be picked up past a certain time, please note that and make us aware of that so we can adjust accordingly. We are simple to work with if everyone communicates.

STEP 7) We will deliver and set up the bouncer. They are big and need a lot of space. some need 15 foot of space others need 30 foot of space. They cannot be put up on a hill or street unless the street is permitted off with a city street permit. We will need access to a dedicated outlet to power the blower. Some need two outlets. If you are in a location that doesnt have outlets, you can rent a generator from Husker N-Flatables for the fee listed on the products page. It is recommended to put tarps down below the N-Flatable to reduce the risk of puncturing it from the bottom. You may rent those as well or purchase your own to use.

STEP 8) We will pick up the bouncer sometime after the scheduled stop time. We will do all the cleaning at our shop as well as inspecting it for damage.

DELIVERIES

Our deliveries are scheduled back to back in the mornings. We do all the work; deliver, set up, and pickup. Deliveries start at 7am in the morning and each bounce house is delivered in the order that best suits each rental geographically and logistically. If your bounce house arrives late, HUSKER BOUNCE will deduct $50.00 per hour it arrives late.

If you have a furry 4 legged friend, we request that the set up location and path to it be clear and free from poop. If we have to dodge any land mines there will be a cleaning fee of $100.00 added on to the final total. If land mines are an issue, the decision to set up will be at the discretion of the delivery crew.

BOUNCE HOUSES ARE BIG- IF YOU WANT IT TO BE SET UP IN YOUR BACK YARD, THERE MUST BE ACCESS WIDE ENOUGH FOR IT TO FIT THROUGH. IF IT IS A STANDARD SIZE GATE, IT WILL MOST LIKELY NOT FIT AND THEREFORE WILL HAVE TO BE SET UP SOMEWHERE ELSE. BACKYARD SET UP IS STILL POSSIBLE, BUT PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE ADDITIONAL TIME IT TAKES TO FIT A 500LB ROLLED UP TARP OVER AND THROUGH THE ADDITIONAL OBSTICALS. BACKYARD SET UPS WILL RESULT IN AN ADDTIONAL $25.00 SERVICE FEE BECUASE OF THE TIME AND EQUIPMENT NEEDED TO SET UP. YOU AGREE TO PAY THIS FEE IF A BACKYARD SETUP IS REQUESTED.


DELIVERY RATES: WE dont want to leave anyone out, so we will make the trek to your requested place for an additional fuel fee.

All OUT OF TOWN DELIVERIES = $45.00

OVER 45 MILES CALL : REQUIRES 2 DAY RENTAL OR RENTAL OF MULTIPLE INFLATABLES OR SINGLE INFLATABLES MAY BE DELIVERED THE DAY BEFORE AND/OR PICKED UP THE FOLLOWING DAY AT THE RENTERS' EXPENSE.

WE DO OFFER CUSTOMER PICKUP FOR ANY LONG DISTANCE RENTAL WHO WOULD LIKE TO AVOID A DELIVERY FEE, OR DOESNT WANT TO KEEP THE BOUNCE HOUSE AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME UNTIL IT CAN BE PICKED UP.

 

Regular Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your bounce house reservation, but we just ask you to do it far in advance so we can get it rented back out. If you wait until the last minute, then the there will be someone who will miss the opportunity to have some fun.

 


USING PROPERLY

  • Only children age 6 and older should use bounce houses. Younger children may not have the balance, coordination or strength to safely enjoy one.
  • An adult must always be present to supervise. At a park or other similar setting, a trained staff member must be present to supervise.
  • The safest way to use a bouncer is to allow only one child on it at a time. If more than one child will be using it, make sure they are about the same age and size.
  • Before entering, have children take off their shoes, glasses, and jewelry. Make sure they empty their pockets of any sharp objects, as well.
  • Set rules for safe play. Teach children to not roughhouse, tumble, wrestle or do flips. Have them stay away from the entrance or exit, and the sides or walls of the bouncer.
  • If the bouncer begins to lose air, or if it’s too windy, have all children carefully exit the bouncer. A good indication of when it is too windy (between 13-17 mph) is when winds raise dust and loose paper, or small branches start to move. If this is the case, stop play immediately, and have all children exit the bouncer.

 

WHEN DONE USING THE BOUNCE HOUSE CUSTOMER SHALL:

Do a quick wipe down or spray off if muddy - if we have to use extra resources to clean it, there could be up to $100 fee depending on the severity of dirtyness after quick clean, unplug extension cord and set next to blower leave bounce house to fall where its at and we will be by to collect it at some point after dark. Pick up times run as late as 1am. If that is an issue, please address a pick up time with the delivery crew.


TERMS:

Upon setting up any inflatable product requested by the Lessee/client, (hereinafter client), Client agrees to a 6 hour lease or next day noon lease., for which they assume liability for the leased product. At the end of the 6 hour or next day noon lease, (6:01hrs or 12:01pm) the lease is terminated and all rights to the leased product are returned back to Husker N-Flatables and Bounce House. Client agrees to indemnify, Husker N-Flatables and Bounce House and their owners or officers , against any and all loss or damage to the extent arising out of the client's negligence in their duty to supervise while in use for the leased time frame or otherwise any occupancy, service, operations or its performance.
